Propriétaire qui choisi qui il va prendre comme client, je pense que les petites autos pour lui ne sont pas assez payantes... j'étais en file ce matin pendant 15 mn derrière deux gros vus... Le propriétaire est venu à mon auto pour l'inspecter et me dire qu'il ne pouvait pas la faire par manque de temps et parce qu'il y avait trop de poils de chien (j'ai un chihuahua qui entre 3 fois pas année dans l'auto pour aller chez le vétérinaire), il n'y avait personne derrière moi en attente j'étais la seule depuis 15 mn que j'attendais en plein soleil... J'ai envoyé toute ma famille et mes amis dans se lave-auto car je trouve que le service est au top (il y en a même qui viennent de Contrecoeur pour faire affaire avec vous), mais je trouve que de se faire retourner et de se faire dire de revenir le lundi ou mardi matin comme si on était en vacances tout le monde c'est vraiment un manque total de respect envers votre clientèle... Je viens de voir dans les critiques que je ne suis pas la seule à qui s'est arrivé !!! dommage je vous aimais bien mais là je viens d'être totalement déçu !... Apprenait monsieur que si nous venons un vendredi matin à 9h30 c'est pas par caprice mais bien parce que certain n'ont pas d'autre choix de journée pour faire laver leurs autos... I think there is starting to be a lack of professionalism in your car wash... Owner who chooses who he will take as a client, I think that small cars for him are not paying enough... I was in line this morning for 15 minutes behind two big SUVs... The owner came to my car to inspect it and tell me that he couldn't do it for lack of time and because there was too much hair dog (I have a Chihuahua who goes in the car 3 times a year to go to the vet), there was no one behind me waiting I was the only one for 15 minutes I had been waiting in full sun ... I sent all my family and my friends to this car wash because I find that the service is top notch (there are even some who come from Contrecoeur to do business with you), but I find that going back and being told to come back on Monday or Tuesday morning as if we were on vacation everyone is really a total lack of respect in towards your customers... I have just seen in the reviews that I am not the only one who has happened!!! pity I liked you but there I have just been totally disappointed! ... Learned sir that if we come on a Friday morning at 9:30 am it is not by whim but because some have no other choice of day to wash their cars...
