The owner refused to resolve the issue and told me to come back again. This is a complete scam. It saddens me to see this kind of behavior. I purposely try to support a small businesses but in turn got scammed. If you’re in oakridge, please just stay away from this place. I was going to go back to resolve this issue as financially they ripped me off, but life’s too short. You have to eat your losses sometimes and spend your time doing something meaningful. Writing this review to warn you guys. Thanks!

When I went to drop off my clothes, I walked in and a lady was on the phone, stared at me blankly, then walked into the back room. Awkward. After a minute, I was about to leave when she came back out smiling, so okay, but she was not wearing a mask (while those mandates are currently in place here). When I went back to pick up my clothes the next week, I walked in to find a group of men huddling towards the back of the space who all stopped talking and turned to stare at me the moment I walked in. I felt like I was walking into the middle of a conversation that I was not welcome to be part of. They were also not wearing masks. The lady who seems to run the business was polite enough, but the experience was uncomfortable. I paid and went home to discover a sloppy double crease was pressed into my expensive dress pants. When I pay for dry cleaning, I expect to be able to wear the clothes right off the hanger; I shouldn’t have to press them again myself. Further, the neckline of one of my dresses was bizarrely stretched out. I won’t be returning.
