I put my faith in her not knowing the ropes of insurance and I'm now stuck with a 950 a dollar bill and half of my mouth clean. I am Not sure if this is Common practice but what I do know is this is the shadiest dentist office I've ever been to. The front desk girl told me she wasn't my mother and I am stuck paying the bill. Such a disgrace of a business

She and her staff are very accommodating and though I don't typically post online reviews, I feel compelled to do so in this instance! It's nice that in this era of corporate dentistry that there are practices that answer to the patient instead of the shareholder!

I would not want any other dentist taking care of my teeth! Her staff are also very professional and friendly. Never had a bad experience and I would highly recommend this dental office

This office has horrible receptionists and I witnessed that for myself more than once. The receptionists do not keep up with new changes or policy changes. They have an attitude and terrible communication. They do not take responsibility for their actions. You will get calls from them asking to reschedule literally 2 days before the appointment sometimes a day before. She does not take my family's insurance anymore, after finding that out, my foot will not step there. She. is rough with her hands, she is not sensitive, she will traumatize your kids into never going to the dentist.

I am the first to say that I am not one that enjoys a trip to the dentist, but Dr. Cruise has always made me feel comfortable and is extremely professional. She makes coming to the dentist a positive experience. Her front staff are always courteous, friendly and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Cruise.

Dental hygienist and the dentist have been awesome in trying to get my teeth cleaned and working with my anxiety, however when I called in very early this morning to leave a message that I thought it was best I reschedule because I have a low grade fever and the beginning of a cold, and I am trying to stick to COVID protocols, I got a very rude reception. Left the message at 6:30am, not my fault if messages weren't checked promptly in the morning. Considering everyone is very anxious about numbers going up, and even the smallest sign of a cold puts everyone into a panic at the moment, perhaps being rude to a patient is not the best way to go.

A dental hygienist here saved my Mother’s life by catching her mouth cancer on a routine check-up and they always put their patients health first. Very professional and friendly staff that go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable as well as a clean and sanitary environment. Highly recommend their services. This is a dental office you can trust.
