Laurence was helping me find a new home so when the contract expired I asked Laurence to take up the challenge of selling my house too. I signed the contract on a Wednesday and Saturday night my house was sold. Laurence helped me negotiate a great price - he was knowlegeable, professional and understanding throughout.
I liked working with Laurence from the offset. He listened and did his best to find me somewhere perfect to call home. We got on well - and he seemed to enjoy my sense of humor.
I would highly recommend Laurence to handle the sale or purchase of a home. He made it all seem so easy.
