Communication was professional and responsive. We were happy with the final drawings/package and multiple tweaks we had to make along the way. Would recommend working with Ryan again on another project.

After meeting with Ryan on our property, he asked us a few questions about our vision for the home. As we walked the property, Ryan took notes, while offering suggestions when the property handed us obstacles. A few weeks later the design plans were emailed to us, complete with a 3D walk-through. We were awe struck. Over the course of the one hour meeting, he managed to understand exactly what we were looking for, and put it into plans that we could see and understand. From the coffee bar, to the theatre room, he captured the essence of our lifestyle and how the design would interact with us everyday. Since then he has touched base to see how the build process is proceeding and assisted with a colour image of the exterior based on our preferences. Ryan is a pleasure to work with, and transformed our thoughts into a home that we are excited to be building. Highly recommended!

He has knowledge of bylaws and how the entire process works, meaning the he understand limitations of the lot and what is expected from the municipality. We were able to use Skype and he could show us the plans and work on them while we discussed items with him. He was also able to give us a link that allowed us to "walk" through our design using a 3D model, this way you can look at different views. He also helped my partner and I negotiate between us pros and cons for items, for example, whether to have a bathtub or just a shower. Everything was completed in a timely manner and Ryan is pleasant and professional to deal with.

He was skilled at calibrating the level of detail with which he spoke to us (we wanted lots of details!), and was good humoured and pleasant through the entire process. He was very clear around timelines for work and turnaround on changes, and always met those timelines promptly. All our work was done virtually, via video calls and emailing of documents, but the virtual interactions did not at all feel cumbersome, as Ryan was skilled in communicating this way. We were provided with a virtual tour of the design, a companion video of him explaining and discussing things, as well as having conversations in real time to discuss adjustments. Ryan listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and made excellent suggestions that lined up with our goals. Working with him was a pleasure, and I strongly recommend him.

I don't think with out his help the project would have been given the go ahead. He did an exemplary job. He met with staff from the muni on site to determine what could be done and what couldn't. This was not an easy job to do. There are many restrictions on the lake and he dealt with them great. His idea's in coming up with the plans were amazing. Being in business myself , what I really appreciated the most about Ryan was his work ethic. When you called or emailed him he always got right back to me. Even if it was a trivial matter. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a very reasonable person to deal with. Believe me I probably pushed him to the limits at times. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a new building project

We were very happy with Ryan’s quick response time and willingness to walk our property and listen to our ideas in determining house style and position to maximize sun exposure. Ryan is very professional and we did not hesitate to trust his ideas and opinions. We had several virtual meetings with Ryan and our builder to discuss the house design room by room. We were also provided a virtual program that allowed us to walk through the house. This tool also showed us how the sun would hit each part of the house.
