It's the official Latino American associstion in Van but you find people from all parts of the world. I love it and I like to stay with this awesome guys!!!!!! :)

They hired me a as graphic designer and then 2 weeks later they fired me. in the beginning, Vane said me that we don't need to come to office. I was only get access in Slack which is communication tool . I always keep working hard however Daniel Castro Santos (HR Recruitment Coordinator) said to me that "Latincouver is going through its busiest moment of the year, and we require the help and support of our volunteers to get the job done with minimum challenges. We need volunteers available at least 15 hours. Unfortunately, we have not seen you meeting this requirement" My answer is to him that I sent on indeed website. Everyday I logged in to the system. I talked to Pedro Henrique, Feride and Vane(marketing person). I can work 15 hours I said to everyone even today Vane was looking in general chat in slack. Vane wants to graphic designer. I tell her in chat. By the way, "Daniel Castro Santos (HR Recruitment Coordinator) Latincouver is going through its busiest moment of the year, and we require the help and support of our volunteers to get the job done with minimum challenges. " this sentence makes no sense to me if you are looking for volunteer and then 2 weeks later you don't want why did you hire. This job also not paid job I really don't get this. if you are very busiest moment of year then you should hire. because you need volunteers. NEVER EVER SAY ME THAT '' WE HAVE NOT SEEN YOU MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT" NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
