★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in today to get a massage and waited around for 40 min because a sign posted on the door said they would be available then. I was refused because the therapist did not want to take my appointment because she "might have plans" and wanted to close earlier than the hours posted. Not a very professional response to a customer seeking therapy during posted business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to see Kara twice now, and I just can't say enough good things about her. Her massage experience is evident, she listens to what my concerns are and addresses them effectively, and the room is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning, and I recommend others check it out, too.

The staff were friendly enough but my masseuse didn’t listen to my requests as he seemed to have a set routine he was committed to doing. I came in because I had a lower back flair up from long drives and needed the lower back and hip muscles loosened up. The time spent on a 60 minute massage on the muscles that needed work was less than 10...
Yes I know everything is connected, yes I know circulation is important, NO I don’t need you to do my arms legs and feet! I need you to massage the muscles I have been pointing to for the last 10 minutes. But alas my time ran out and the total time spent on the places I needed it was non-existent.
But man did my tricep muscles feel great!...

Not only was her technique and abilities exactly what I needed, I felt an instant connection and felt extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in.
