Where they stood above, is they came and looked at my house, unlike all the other companies. John came and looked, explained the situation to me. Him and his crew came, removed old shingles, and replaced, and cleaned everything up. The following spring I found one shingle to be loose on a spot of my roof that gets no sunlight. He came out the following morning and fixed it up for me. Great customer service, and a great guy to deal with.
