The whole process from start to finish is smooth and clear. They are also very responsive and helpful via email, and kindly followed up on any questions I had. Highly recommend!
N	Nour Mousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial experience during the shoot was great, both the secretary and photographer were very nice and professional, however the packages are unrealistic as they ask you to pay at least roughly $175 for one or two poses, just repeated in smaller sizes, definitely not student friendly pricing. We expected the photos to turn out much nicer but even a picture taken on a phone right before in the same studio was much brighter, photos look much darker and duller. Not sure if it's done on purpose to encourage you pay for retouching but definitely not a great way to encourage customers to order photos
V	Victoria Wilczynski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have the best experience here. I was there ~15 minutes before my sitting, was taken in earlier than my scheduled time and I was STILL rushed. I even finished taking my photos before my scheduled time, so I don't know what the rush was for. The poses were so awkward and it shows in my face, so all my photos turned out awful. My best photo was a goofy face photo since I did my own pose and wasn't being told to tilt my head and twist my body in unnatural and awkward ways. Additionally, the pricing is quite expensive, with the cheapest option being 35 dollars (around 50 with shipping). Considering we're still students, it shouldn't be more than 20 dollars for the cheapest option. Seriously considering going somewhere else to retake my graduation pictures because of how awful this experience was. Edit: the company reached out to me and apologized for my disappointing experience. They offered many options to make it up to me. Very much appreciated and glad they were willing to make things right! Glad this company cares about their customers' experiences.

I even brought some props with me to make the pictures more personal and the photographer was more than happy to take as many tries as I wanted and even had a great conversation with me. Definitely come here - its worth it!

Incredibly sweet young lady at the front desk who was super helpful and patient with filling out all the info, and the photographer was amazing! Really fun and relaxed environment, he knew what the best angles were and made sure each hair was in place before he took the photo. Photos turned out amazing! Love this studio!!

I booked my appointment online which was a very simple and fast process, when I arrived for my photos to be taken, I was set up with everything I needed and the photographer was absolutely amazing. They took their time and the end product was great! I was able to order my photos online, and customer support was quick in responding to any questions I had. Highly recommend!
d	denise edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the morning I was to take my undergraduate picture was surreal to me. As a Black woman, it is not as simple as rolling out of the bed with perfect hair. The day prior to my picture-taking event, I spent hours upon hours trying to tame my hair so in actuality I was not as comfortable as I thought 'just get this over with'. Upon reaching Lassman Studio Photography, the staff made me feel comfortable. They were more excited than I was for my accomplishment. Being as professional as they were, the photographer had me laughing out loud and his prompts of, 'yes, yes, just lower your head a little....perfect', was comforting. The session was over too quickly. Upon receiving my proofs a few weeks later, I was amazed. Picture Perfect. When I picked up the final package from Canada Post and returned home sweat beads were rolling off my temple. All I can say is, many thank you to the entire crew at Lassman'. Lassman is literally proof of one's tenacity. Respect!!!!

We did not receive the photos when we initial expected so I contacted the studio and my concern was addressed immediately! They answered my inquiry professionally and I was surprised how quickly I received my photos. The photos are amazing and I am very happy with the quality of the shots. My daughter really enjoyed the photographer and he seemed to capture her spirit in the photos. I would highly recommend Lassman Studios, the photos were great but the service and people who work there were exceptional. Lassman Studios provides customer service levels rarely seen in the service industry. Thank you Lassman Studios!
