★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called through CAA, driver called multiple times swearing and complaining while enroute. Swearing on location, making ignorant remarks, stood around complaining and then taking photos longer than it actually took to pull the vehicle out.
Wanted payment before actually doing anything, as "CAA wouldn't cover the location" when CAA already had said it was covered. Quoted 2 different prices and a 3rd after it was done (a 2min job) and couldn't even provide a receipt on location, you needed to either go to their location to pick up a receipt or have one emailed.
Overall, the driver came across as extremely unprofessional.
*edited* I've amended the rating, as the company did contact and reimburse the charges. The lady who called seemed very nice, so I'm honestly uncertain now if it's more an issue with a lousy driver than the entire company at this point. I feel that's fair to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my car boosted one night when it was very cold. Their response time was very quick and they had my car running in seconds. Driver recommended i have my vehicles electrical system checked so it doesnt happen again. Great prices, professional driver and very enthusiastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not local people so take long than local. Charged us for the work which is not done. Not professional. V called other guys from Vista, they did better job. N worse was truck of lash berg was stuck in snow twice!! Omg thank God I had also other people for backup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got high centered on a berm after an icy patch of road turned and I did not. A driver was out right away and was incredibly friendly and professional the whole time. The price was far less than I anticipated being 70+ KM out into the middle of nowhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were able pleasant and they did get my vehicle towed to town, eventually. The first truck they sent me broke down on the way to get me, so I waited for an additional hour and a half plus in 35 degree heat to get a tow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid to get a camper towed Jackfish Lake. It costed around $200 the camper isn’t level, the employee couldn’t even back the trailer over the wood provide to level the trailer. We can’t use the trailer as it’s very unlevel, slide comes out on the road. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Called and said I would be charged again for someone to come back out. Now stuck paying for a campsite I can’t use until I find someone to fix the issue.
