★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was good. But i ended up getting pinkeye and it was confirmed by my Dr it came from my eye lash extensions. Tried messaging her and she blocked me. Response from viha pending on wether she is viha inspected or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was thrilled to find a mobile lash tech. Contacted Anna through her facebook /messenger to set up an appointment. I am an amputee without a prosthetic at the moment and unable to drive so it is hard to find places that are wheelchair accessible so coming to my house was a great option for me! Was pleasant but when I tried to set up a fill (2-3 weeks) she informed me that she wasn't sure if she was going to continue with mobile service and she would get back to me. Well of course she never contacted me and when I messaged her she confirmed she wasn't doing mobile anymore. Fair enough but she obviously knew this before coming to my house and instead of giving me the choice whether to proceed with the appointment or cancel she tells me after she was done and paid! I might as well of just threw my $$ out the window as now I need a fill and have not found a place to go! Even in her last message to me she suggested I come to her house which she already told me there was a step I would need to maneuver...kind of a mini scam trying to get clients on the line with mobile service then yanking it away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittedly I have never accessed her services, but thought I would share that by the way she carries herself and how she treats her customers I would not ever recommend her! She is extremely rude and if you have a bad experience do not expect to hear from her, she will just block you! She was given a bad review on Facebook after messing up a girls lashes so badly (in a way that could have permanently hurt her eyes!) and her reaction was the most inappropriate thing I've ever seen. She spent hours insulting everyone who commented and claiming she was going to pursue legal action against the woman because of the bad review. 10/10 do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm unbelievably disappointed in her customer service! My boyfriend paid for my lashes to be done as my Christmas present this year and I'm so sad to say that they weren't done correctly. More than half the lashes were glued directly to the skin which is extremely uncomfortable and can cause serious problems! I messaged her when I got home and explained that they were to close and I wanted to let her know so in the future she can avoid it. It's been 3 days and I have lost clumps already. I tried again today to contact her after she never replied and to my shock and suprise she has blocked me on Facebook!!! I have never left a bad review on anything before and am a certified lash technician myself, I understand mistakes can happen and am a big believer in second chances to correct any mistakes, we are all learning and growing as we practice but the way she handled this situation is the most unprofessional I have ever seen.
