They did not pump out any of the ' solid' waste and only pumped out 1 of the two tanks. We had our tanks pumped out 3 years ago (by a different company)and all you could see when they were finished was clean cement. I will never call Larry's again.

Heard from Larry's first at 7:30am and they were at my house by 10am. It wasnt even 12 hours from email to when they were in my driveway. They opened my septic lids large concrete and then help flush out my baffle all no extra cost. Tech told me felt I had and issue with pipe and was right. I will use them again no questions.
N	Nigel Turl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office staff (Mr. Alexander Sr.) very friendly and helpful. Took all my particulars and assured me the work would be done despite my difficult scenario. In fact, I had them check me not quite a year ago to make sure they could pump my tank when I needed it done. No problem, they said. When the two younger guys showed up to do the work (after regular hours) they outright refused to do the work, claiming it was too high of a vertical rise (30 feet they claimed) and their truck was worth more than my septic system. They were at my place for about 10 minutes and didn't even consider options available to them to access my tank. They were rude, flippant and not very professional in their customer interaction. They told me to get someone else to do it, someone with more and better equipment. I called Eugene Craig Septic Systems in Belleville and in this business, they were a breath of fresh air. Professional, courteous and eager to please. They did the work with no special equipment, just a regular pump to them and the rise was only 22 feet from the bottom of the tank to the truck. If you want a good job, call someone who cares.
