A	Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hawkins delivered my baby girl a few days ago. I was not a previous patient of hers, but I was diverted to Langley Memorial while she was working. I feel so blessed to have had her as the doctor that day/night. She is so down to earth, has a great sense of humour, and is very understanding and responsive to questions or concerns. I have chosen to start seeing her as my OBGYN based on my experience. I also met Dr. Ng who works at this clinic for a follow up. He was also wonderful. Thorough, personable, and provides clear information and answers to questions.

He’s is so down to earth, he is such a wonderful doctor god bless him . I also met Dr. phelps who works at this clinic for a follow up. She was wonderful and very understanding.

So when my wife had complications after being discharged from the hospital we waited until Monday morning, called reception, were told they couldn't arrange a doctor for hours, we saw our GP who sent us to emergency, where we spent 5hrs waiting before being readmitted for 2 days. Later we learned forceps were used to remove the baby & our Ob was unavailable for a week - both things I would expect a doctor to mention. We had a positive experience at other Ob offices for our first child so our expectations are not unrealistic. I would not recommend this group
A	Aria Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RECEPTIONIST is extremely rude and very unprofessional! I don’t know why she got hired for that position, not even good in communicating with patients. The Doctors are excellent and very caring 5 stars for them, too bad they got the worst receptionist that represents their clinic.
H	Hla Kapani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst receptionist, In my religion i cant see a male doctor to do examinations (if you know what i mean) i told her that i cant and she keeps telling me thats all they have, when specifically i was referred to a female doctor. I have seen many female doctors in and working. I even talked to a few. And the receptionist refuses to book me with one when the doctors said they have no problem seeing me… Shes extremely racist. I have told her i can do any day any time just for accommodations. Yet she continues to tell me that I she can only book me with a male doctor. Absolutely unprofessional, racist and has no respect for clients. I suggest you go somewhere else who care about your needs.
O	O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr. Phelps at LMH. I thought awesome she is going to take good care of me. I had such confidence following up in her office. I was prescribed medication for endometriosis and my family doctor and myself have been trying to reach the office to confirm dose. Impossible to reach. Out of medication, after being told taking this as prescribed is imperative daily. No one answer the phone.
