Product choices were a good assortment. Pricing was great. Additional support staff for precision cutting that was well done.
Neil’s support and expertise helped us complete our DIY project after it became very challenging. Felt respected. Will certainly plan our next project with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered the wrong stone, told us they would fix it the next day but didn’t, then took almost a week to fix their mistake and bring the right product setting us back a week. As we will be away on vacation and were planning to finish it before this now leaves our yard a gravel pit and us with a ton of work to come back to. The owners were very apologetic but did nothing do to help fix the situation. I would not recommend working with them and will not be doing my front yard with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 3 stars because the patio built turned out great thanks to skilled workers. But if you are looking for customer service past the initial consult, you are not going to get it. No one returned my calls or answered my questions before the patio was laid. When it was being done, they told me that they didn't have supply of certain things because they didn't keep track of what I had asked for. I'm guessing they borrowed materials from another project to get it done. This was after an initial consultation and a site visit. It is disheartening when you've asked questions by email and called, and to not get a reply other than, 'We'll call you when we are ready.' We did extra work to help make the project cheaper, but because I didn't get a reply to my email, we had to pay what we were quoted. On two occasions, when I told them I was disappointed or when I asked for a few extra stones for repair, there was literally crickets. They didn't even address my concerns, just 20 second silence or ignored my request and moved on to payment. I guess I expected a little more service when spending $20000 of hard earned money on a big project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do good work, patio and firepit look great. Only issue is they never came back to fix up a couple of issues. Moral of the story with these guys is DO NOT PAY TILL 100% SATISFIED, as once you pay they are gone for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some limestone gravel and landscape fabric. A bit early with frost still in the ground, but they accommodated, and were able to beat their promised delivery time, which helped me. Advice was spot-on. Access a bit tricky off the temporary Kotelko exit on Warde, no fault to the business. Prices seemed very good for the quality, partly due to low overhead facilities. Showroom is not fancy, but that wasn't what I was after. Recommended.
