Lancelot Furnace is a family-owned & operated company in Calgary, Alberta.
Created in 2015, our primary mission is to offer cost-effective heating and cooling solutions to residential clients in and around Calgary. We offer the full line of Bryant residential heating and cooling products and are fully qualified to install new or repair existing models. Our goal is to make Lancelot Furnace Ltd. a household name by offering exceptional service and support to each and every one of our clients.
Our founder David Lanciault is a refrigeration & air conditioning mechanic Journeyman with red seal endorsement. He is qualified to repair most makes and models of furnace, on-demand boilers, air conditioning units and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Lancelot on a recommendation from a friend. David came over to have a look at our furnace because I thought it was making funny sounds (turns out it wasn't!) But he did find a small leak that may have gone unnoticed by us until it was too late and caused expensive repairs down the road. He quoted us a price, clearly explained what was going on and came back the following week to do the repair. I was (happily) surprised when I received the invoice, as there ended up being some savings which I appreciated. Some businesses would just charge the originally quoted price, whether they used the parts or did the work or not.
I will definitely be recommending Lancelot to everyone for trustworthy, professional, friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! We were without heat for 4 days before we called David and he managed to fit us in within a couple of hours of our call. David went above and beyond to figure out the issue with our furnace. He is super personable and keeps you informed of the problem. I will recommend Lancelot to anyone and wouldn’t even think twice about using them again!

Took time to answer all our questions and provided alternatives and suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on current technologies and methods for heating and cooling solutions. We will be contacting and using again. Two thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, quick, and efficient at a great rate. Showed up on time and was able to replaced my furnace motor with one he had in stock in his truck. truly helped us out. David was excellent in explaining the issues and showing me exactly the problem.
When it is -25C and if I ever have a furnace issue I am calling Lancelot!

He was very communicative, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and clearly laid out all of our options. He went above and beyond to provide detailed quotes after our appointment and outlined where he could save us money rather than upcharging (which seems so common these days). We were very impressed and would call him again if the need arose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David was unbelievably personable and professional. I called Lancelot Furnace for an urgent repair. My furnace was making this loud whining noise any time it turned on and would at times not kick out any heat. David was able to give me an extremely accurate diagnosis on the phone with my description of the problem. He happened to have the top motor replacement parts for the 20+ yr old furnace I have and was at my house within an hour! The cost was what I would expect for an urgent service call! I felt he was honest with his recommendations and fair. Overall I am extremely happy with his company. I will definitely be using his company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David came out to fix our gas fireplace. He was prompt and responsive in getting back to me after I contacted him. We appreciated how thorough he was in his work: he checked the carbon monoxide levels, cleaned the burners and replaced the fan that wasn't working properly. In addition to being great at his work, David is also a very personable guy and was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend him for any heating work you need done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Dave @ Lancelot Furnace Ltd, Dave is so personable yet extremely professional. We scheduled our 12 month service well in advance, we were sent a text message to remind us about the upcoming appointment and also Dave was following up to ensure nothing had changed since the appointment was made 4 weeks earlier. Dave completed our 12 month service taking notes and readings to ensure everything was working within their parameters, comparing against previous services to ensure any changes are noted that may be leading up to a failure in the future. This is why using Lancelot Furnace Ltd is so important to us, Dave took the time to walk through what was completed and explained the readings to me, I know what’s going on with my furnace and more importantly to us, Dave has all his notes for future services or if something was to fail due to a mechanical failure (let’s face it parts do fail) Dave has baseline reading to work with.
Extremely happy our furnace is in great hands.
