★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of the park do not do any maintenance of the park huge pile of junk sitting at the north entrance looks like a dump, we had our septic pipe above ground and leaking human waste all summer finally fixed the last week of the season! Water pressure in unit was low at best and no water at times! The only people they looked after was family as a lot of sites are rented by the owners family while your issues go on a “list” never to be done! Please don’t waste your time or money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a warning about dealing with the owners Aaron and Elaine Kernohan, who also owned Lakewood Custom Homes, which is currently insolvent/bankrupt. They have taken large deposits on new homes to be built from atleast two separate individuals and it looks like they pulled the deposits out of the business for their personal use, leaving the individuals with nothing. The only reason we were able to learn anything about the bankruptcy was by engaging a lawyer, who then spoke with their lawyer. Please be careful when dealing with this company or couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most amazing view so sad i was driving away... but i will be back. The owners are amazing and so is their family. This trailer park is one big family. Quiet and kid friendly and everyone watches out for everyone. The other picture is from my friends front porch.
