★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne suis pas du genre a donner de mauvaises notes en général, mais je n'ai pas eu de bonnes expériences avec Lamontagne Sport. Premièrement, j'ai fais affaire avec ce garage pour tenter de trouver des pneus pour ma moto. Il était dans l'incapacité de trouver des pneus pour ma moto. J'ai donc du les commander d'une autre boutique a proximité. Lorsque je les ai reçu, j'ai décidé d'aller chez Lamontagne puisqu'il son tout près de chez moi. Malheureusement, Lamontagne ne voulait pas me les installer puisque je les ai acheté ailleurs. Je peux comprendre si ce sont des pneus qu'il peuvent commander et que je décide de les prendre ailleurs, mais la il ne pouvait pas les commander initialement. Je lui explique la situation, me dit qu'il va regarder avec un autre employer et me rappeler rapidement, mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. J'ai donc du aller chez un compétiteur qui on gentiment accepté de mes installer même si les pneus ne venait pas de leur compagnie. Très déçu
I'm not the type to give bad marks in general, but I haven't had good experiences with Lamontagne Sport. First, I did business with this garage to try to find tires for my motorcycle. He was unable to find tires for my motorcycle. So I had to order them from another store nearby. When I received them, I decided to go to Lamontagne since it is very close to where I live. Unfortunately, Lamontagne did not want to install them for me since I bought them elsewhere. I can understand if these are tires he can order and I decide to take them elsewhere, but he couldn't order them initially. I explain the situation to him, tell me that he will look with another employee and call me back quickly, but I never heard back. So I had to go to a competitor who kindly agreed to install me even if the tires did not come from their company. Very disappointed
