★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien que le travail d'exécution ait été bien réalisé, je ne conseille pas cette compagnie. Le service à la clientèle est médiocre. Lorsqu'on demande des clarifications légitimes sur la facture, le professionnel se met à nous sacrer dessus et à être impoli. J'ai rarement vu une réaction aussi démesurée, zéro professionnalisme.
Je vous suggère fortement de demander une soumission avant de faire vos travaux, car ils nous ont finalement demandé de payer 1 fois et demi le prix de ce qui avait été discuté initialement et nous ont chargé le matériel plus cher que ce qu'il se vend réellement sur le marché.
Although the execution work was well done, I do not recommend this company. Customer service is poor. When we ask for legitimate clarifications on the invoice, the professional begins to swear at us and to be impolite. I have rarely seen such an overreaction, zero professionalism.
I strongly suggest you ask for a quote before doing your work, because they finally asked us to pay 1 and a half times the price of what was initially discussed and charged us for the material more than it sells for actually on the market.
