★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this slumlord. They will screw you over when you move out and the buildings are terrible. No heat at all and they just supply you with a space heater on your electricity bill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service I have been there for 1 year and it was terrible experience sometime water drop from roof sometime problem in sink and most imp heating is not there whole winter we have to survive with heaters and even carpets are so bad in condition tht we wash there carpets before leave house even though they deduct security money which is way more thn expecting . I hv never such a bad condition apartments I don’t recommend to anyone . There should be negative start also option

They have absolutely no respect for their tenants and even after 3 years of living here - they give brand new tenants more respect and even discounts on rent. Once you're here, you're just another number! -- I recommend looking around before renting from Woodsmere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been without heat in my suite now for three days. They gave me heaters which is fine but is now racking up my power bill. Signed a six month lease which states heat is included, however they use radiant heat with water. I'm on a bottom suite which means my lines are partially under ground. Thus far no contractor has been here to access nor fix the problem. Landlord and Tenant act said that as it states in my lease agreement they are responsible and thus far the issue has not been resolved. Very poor and inexperienced management and maintenance
