About Lakewood Interiors & Renovations

My father has been a wealth of knowledge over the years, and we have completed many challenging projects together. We will be closing the chapter in our work careers together, and my wife and I will be carrying on with a new start in Lakewood Interiors & Renovations. We are excited and eager to have the opportunity to share our knowledge and 20 years of expertise with a wide variety of customers in Winnipeg and surrounding areas, Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Lakewood Interiors & Renovations will still offer commercial exterior and residential exterior services, as well as now being able to offer a wide variety of interior services.

We had windows replaced, a new fireplace installed, raised a floor inside and stucco work done on the exterior. Vic and his crew were very professional, courteous and respectful and listened to our needs and collaborated with us. We had 3 generations of family working together which was a pleasure to see. We came across unforeseen issues and Vic was very fair in addressing them and getting the work done. Vic and his crew were very accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations. I greatly appreciated their attention to the small details and considerations such as caulking the baseboards, patching flaws in the plaster before painting, closing the room off, and leaving the house spotless after the work was completed. My home has a Victorian style ceiling that was badly damaged and they were able to redo the moulding and design perfectly to restore it to it's original vintage look. Character mouldings and detailing in homes is slowly dying out, so I was relieved to have found a company that has perfected the processes needed to maintain the character and history in older homes.

They did an amazing job, super knowledgeable, very fast and very nice people. I sourced multiple quotes, all companies quoted about the same price. I understand that contractors are busy and often have multiple projects on the go but when I called the other companies to see about getting a quote I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Vic never made me feel like a nuisance, he was so friendly and professional from the beginning to end. I definitely recommend Lakewood and they’ll be my go-to for any future projects.

Vic and Ben were very flexible as we added and changed things throughout the job. What really set them apart was Vic’s knowledge and eye for design, he was able to provide us tips, ideas and guidance with to make the kitchen ergonomic and beautiful.
