★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish and chips was so bad. The fish literally taste nothing and the batter taste like old burnt oil. Fries was good. We all felt like have to eat something after to wash it out. Before going here I told my friend "Fish and Chips can't go wrong" but you guys proved me wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not reccomend. Went for breakfast with 2 other people and it was one of the worst breakfasts I've had. They must only be in business because it's close to the hotels and tourists don't know it sucks until it's too late.
Poor service - difficult time ordering, had to point at the menu. Waitress had to be prompted to come back to refill coffee even though she walked by 3 or 4 times. Was not busy - 2 other tables. Also had to specify that the chocolate milk be cold. They serve Sunny D for orange juice (for $4.95 per glass).
Toast was cold and seemed stale like it was from yesterday. Hashbrowns were good. Veggie wrap was like cardboard and just stuffed with unseasoned egg and 5 chunks of pepper (for $18). Coffee looked like dirty water - like they tried to reuse the same grounds for 3 pots. (For $3.95)
Bathrooms are in a bad state and it feels like you could fall through the floor at any time. Lots of seats are taped or just peeling and worn out. Salt was in one big clump in the shaker.
In all, one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices do not match the quality of the food. Today I ordered a corned beef sandwich based on the photo on the menu of the sandwich piled high with corned beef. My actual sandwich had 2 thin slices of corned beef on it and I was very disappointed. If you are going to put photos of food on your menu, the actual food should somewhat resemble the photo. The food tasted okay but I will not be returning based on false advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped for breakfast. Some menus items were steep in price but the food was really good. Construction noise from next door was a bit bothersome but is only temporary. Staff and service was pretty quick for how busy the restaurant was at the time of visit. Outdoor patio has great views!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this restaurant on Saturday ( 2days ago). ordered Fish and Chips to go( halibut).
The restaurant was almost empty, this was the first sign that this place was not good.
but we just ignored it.
the food was ready in less than 10 min, this was second sign that the food wouldn't be good as it couldn't been fresh made.
anyway, we took it and went to the park. in 10 min or so, we arrived at the picnic table and started our late lunch.
When I put the folk to the fish, it didn't go into the fish, because it was super hard . it was like cardboard as other ppl are saying on this review. I tried to cut it with knife ( plastic one ) , but as the fish was too hard, the knife got bent and couldn't cut it thru... usually halibut is white colour but this one, the fish was kinda yellowish brown. I believe that it was kept for long long time in the fridge or freezer to get dry this hard.
I was brave enough to have a bite. well I shouldn't have.. it was super chewy and dry and greasy . chips were greasy and not eatable either. the oil they use must be very old.
When I checked this restaurant review, I saw ppl wrote the same problem. I regret I didn't check the review before I entered this place ( actually , I had came this place long long time ago and it was OK that time , that time , this place was ran by Korean, I guess the owner has been changed )
anyway, I wish there was the option to Mark zero star as this place doesn't deserve any of it . and I hope Health Canada will inspect this restaurant anytime soon. I think their food is not safe to eat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why this place isn’t rated that well.
I got the veggie breakfast burrito which I thought tasted fantastic, and it came with chips and salsa that I didn’t expect.
Others with me got the chicken tenders and fries and they were as expected but still very good. The fries I enjoyed a lot in particular.
The coffee wasn’t bad, nothing world astounding but it did a good job and is refillable so I don’t see a downside there at all.
I’d definitely come back!

Food was ok if you just want to get something to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were hesitant to dine here because of the previous reviews but as another user stated, we also don't know why the ratings aren't a bit higher. The staff was very friendly and our orders came out quickly. Fries were crispy, BLT sandwich was good and the bacon was hot, and the burger was surprisingly good too! Went well with the poutine that wasn't soggy at all like some are. True rating would be a 3.5 as it wasn't out of this world, but for grabbing a nice casual bite overlooking the water, it was satisfactory. It seemed to be very popular for breakfast as well.
