★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlord is rude and aggressive. The building smells aweful. The landlords are know to violate the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). Avoid renting here, and save yourself the headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building smells awful. Property management is shady (known to enter units without notice or consent). Only the bare minimum is done to keep the building "maintained". They will bang on your door in the winter (at any time of their choosing, once it was 5:30 AM) and tell you to move your car so they can plow. If you don't, they'll plow feet-high drifts around your car. These are a few of many examples. It's just better off avoided.
