We were shopping for couches, and the sales lady spent a long time with us, explaining how to find the most comfortable couch for your body. I learned a lot about comfortable seating posture. Their items were quite expensive, but the quality is built to last, and definitely worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why we've never come here before. The stock is entertainingly laid out across several dozen floors (kidding!) But Bob have us a tour and we saw many things we liked!
We were here for a new washer and dryer. After a bad experience at another local store (rhymes with "the ick") where there was no easy way to get a brand new fridge repaired under warranty, we decided best to go with a store that had its own service team. (They were the only ones that could fix our fridge-from-another-store issue!)
Not only did they have the stock, but it was available the next day - incredible after seeing such long wait times elsewhere!
On top of that, the delivery team came, installed, and took old items away.
We are new loyal customers of this place, love their people and looking forward to a new couch and chair one day.
