Taking a trip whether it is a scenic day flight or a week-long stay in the wilderness on a high mountain lake is just a magical experience. Don't forget to take a paddle on one of this high mountain lakes. Something about a paddle is perfect for the soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing time out at the Tesla Lake Lodge this September. Tons of opportunity to fish, explore and enjoy all that being out in the middle of nature has to offer. We took our trip in mid to late September, and even though it was chilly on a couple of the days, you always knew that you had that hot fire back in the lodge to return to. On our last night we were "lucky" enough to be inside during a rather strong wind storm - Nothing like a little bit of tension to make the night exciting, we spent the night discussing how bad it would be if we were tenting!
The lodge itself is as good as it could possibly get considering the location. Running water, BBQ, fridge, stove & solar power... Not much else you could possibly need (But of course, there was way more than that.) Make sure you check out the surrounding lakes as well, they're all beautiful in their own right!
Thanks again Nick! We'll be back again some day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently spent 4 incredible days at Tesla Lodge. What an amazing place! The cabin was outfitted with every necessity and then some. A very comfortable accommodation for being in the middle of nowhere! The scenery is beautiful and the flights in and out were spectacular. We highly recommend Tesla Lodge for anyone looking for an escape from the digital world. We will definitely return. Thanks Nick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful place to get away from it all! I’ve been to Tesla lake on several occasions, the cabin has always been well stocked and clean. The scenery is amazing and the fishing can be great if you got a little luck and skill on your side. Nick is a great host and pilot, well worth a trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick (an amazing pilot) flew us into Coles Lake and we had an incredible few days fishing! The remote wilderness lakefront cabin was seriously well equipped with everything one could need, yet secluded enough to feel like we were away from it all. It was an unforgettable wilderness experience we will remember forever. We came home with our limit of rainbow trout and will definitely be headed back there again. Thanks to Nick for helping us get away the hustle and bustle of our busy lives and reconnect with nature! If anyone is thinking about booking with Lakes District Air - do it! You will definitely not regret it.
