The down side is l think it's only open Sunday's.
Lot's of free parking, cafe & washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairgrounds are good, its the towns downfall for loosing local business and not allowing food venues at this fairgroinds and allowing it to be Open 7 days a week at grounds for vendors this brings in tourist don't they get it. Call me if you want my help or agree lets start a petition to keep Lakefield alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review of the fair only. As the flea market (for some unknown reason) was closed during the fair. I've been to the flea market a few times and it has its charm. The Fair, however, is VERY over priced and quite run down. The midway is very pricey and the rides look like they could use some serious TLC. It was a shame to see all the vendors set up and no one at them. After admission and ride tickets (three rides) and two games, we were $75 in for our family of 4. No food. No wonder it was empty on a sunny Sunday afternoon. If I did all the rides my kids wanted to and had lunch, I easily could have spent close to $200. Someone take the reins and fix this please.
