★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to switch rooms because the oven stopped working. Then the fridge stopped working in the new room. Then the dryer took 3 tries to actually dry my clothes, keeping me up until midnight. The rooms are beyond outdated, and the 2 bedroom rooms only have one tv. Place is pretty ridiculous for the price, at $145 for a one bedroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay! It even has a Mud room for drying wet cloths. Perfect for planters. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms, equipped with everything you would need to cook. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing time at this lodge! The kitchen was fantastic with decent utensils and equipment, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. When the power went out in town, we chose to head to Nanaimo as it would have been too hot to stay here without AC and the staff generosly gave us a full refund! I will definitely visit again in the near future and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my annual girls camping trip it rained us out. So we looked for somewhere to stay for the last night. I read the reviews stating it was a clean place so we booked. It was definitely not clean. There was what looked like a white/transparent sticky substance on the night stand as well as what appeared to be boogers and more all along the wall by the bed headboard. When I brought it to their attention all I recieved was 'oh...was it paint?' I said no. Definitely not paint. And he just said oh...ok. ? I personally wouldn't book there again. Also, had to wash our dishes before we could use any since they were put away dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My unit has a seperate bedroom, a small kitchen (full-sized fridge and stove). I don't know if they all are like this. It's a little outdated, which I don't mind, and it's clean and pleasant and very quiet. Perfect.

The staff is kind, considerate and fair. You will not be ripped off or swindled in anyway. Very honest and helpful.
The rooms are clean. Dog friendly. The kitchen's are clean. You wont find such accommodating rooms anywhere else!
