Excellent service courtois et chaleureux de tout le personnel en partant des secrétaires, des assistantes et sans parler de Dre Turgeon une petite perle à l'écoute de nos besoins et compréhensive face au budget des patients. A même pris le temps de m'appeler chez moi pour prendre de mes nouvelles. Toute l'équipe a su me rendre à l'aise et apaiser mes inquietudes quant à ma dent douloureuse. Je les recommande à 100%
I recently had problems with a tooth that required several appointments including a start of root canal treatment. Excellent courteous and friendly service from all the staff, starting from secretaries, assistants and not to mention Dr Turgeon, a little gem who listens to our needs and understands the patient's budget. Even took the time to call me at home to hear from me. The whole team was able to make me feel comfortable and soothe my worries about my painful tooth. I recommend them 100%

Toutefois, à la suite d'un traitement interrompu en raison d'une erreur (traitement très coûteux que le Dr Laflamme a exigé que je paie au complet d'avance), il n'a pas compris que j'aurais apprécié avoir un suivi. Au bout d'un mois sans aucune nouvelle, j'ai dû le contacter. Il m'a alors sèchement fait comprendre qu'il me trouvait impatiente!
Good dentist, seems competent to me. However, following an interrupted treatment due to an error (very expensive treatment that Dr. Laflamme required me to pay in full in advance), he did not understand that I would have appreciated having a follow-up. . After a month without any news, I had to contact him. He then sharply made me understand that he found me impatient!
