★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai apprécié mon expérience en général, mais j’ai trouvé un peu dispendieux le coût de 30$ par personne compte tenu le menu restreint. La tire à malheureusement été trop bouillie ce qui lui a donné un goût granuleux et les portions de tire étaient minimes. La nourriture était bonne, mais très basique et il pourrait avoir une variété de dessert plus grande… surtout que le sirop d’érable se met dans tout. Ma famille et moi voulions une ambiance familiale, nous avons été servis, mais je crains que nous aurions mieux mangé dans une cabane commerciale et pour moins cher. Je veux encourager local et familial, mais pas à défaut de mon expérience :)
 I enjoyed my experience in general, but I found the cost of $30 per person a little expensive given the limited menu. The taffy was unfortunately over boiled which gave it a grainy taste and the taffy portions were minimal. The food was good, but very basic and there could be a bigger variety of desserts…especially since maple syrup goes into everything. My family and I wanted a family atmosphere, we got served, but I'm afraid we would have eaten better in a commercial shack and for less. I want to encourage local and family, but not for lack of my experience :)
