★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Recharge n'est pas pour tout le monde, malheureusement! Je suis en chaise roulante et j'ai cherché autant comme autant LA pente douce pour avoir accès à ce commerce. Pas de chance, y'en a pas et on est en 2020! À force de chercher un moyen pour entrer, j'ai vu le camion du magasin stationné à l'arrière avec le no de tél. dessus. Une chance que le personnel est super. On est venu me servir dehors. Je donne 5étoiles au personnel et 2 au commerce ( et je suis généreuse).
Recharge isn't for everyone, unfortunately! I am in a wheelchair and I searched as much as THE gentle slope to gain access to this business. No luck, there is none and we are in 2020! As I looked for a way to get in, I saw the store truck parked at the back with the phone number. above. Luckily the staff are great. They came to serve me outside. I give 5 stars to the staff and 2 to the business (and I am generous).

Ma mère y va aujourd’hui, il ne reprenne pu les cartouches, ils n’ont pas la cartouche qu’elle a besoin en stock! Elle veut donc y vendre une autre cartouche, qu’elle dit faire dans l’imprimante (j’ai ce type de cartouche et j’en avais de plus donc je l’ai essayer dans l’imprimante de ma mère, ça ne fait pas). Ce que ma mère lui mentionne! La demoiselle lui dit ben c juste que vous savez pas comment installer des cartouches c tout! Ma mère lui dit donne là moi, si elle ne fait pas je reviendrai me faire rembourser! Ah ben non, on ne rembourse plus et on n’échange plus! Belle crosse!!!
The first time I was there the service was excellent! The lady told me to bring back my cartridges, for a $2 credit!
My mother is going today, he couldn't take the cartridges back, they don't have the cartridge she needs in stock! She therefore wants to sell another cartridge there, which she says she makes in the printer (I have this type of cartridge and I had more so I tried it in my mother's printer, it does not not). What my mother mentions to him! The young lady tells him well c you just don't know how to install cartridges c everything! My mother told her give it to me, if she doesn't, I'll come back for a refund! Ah well no, we no longer refund and we no longer exchange! Nice butt!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered in end May and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them and I always got a automatic reply saying that they are on vacations and will be back later. We are end July and still haven't received my order. It's definitely a scam.
