Cependant, je me suis retrouvé avec une situation particulière. La SAQ a retiré une bouteille de ma caisse de 6 pour effectuer des tests en laboratoire (c.à.d. une bouteille "échantillon"). La SAQ m'a tout de même chargé les frais pour 6 bouteilles.
Après plusieurs appels avec LaQV, la SAQ et plusieurs visites en succursale SAQ, je suis toujours en attente de remboursement de la bouteille payée en trop. Par contre, les frais d'agence de la bouteille que je n'ai jamais eu m'ont été remboursés rapidement par la QV (3$).
Je suis conscient que c'est un enjeu lié à la SAQ. Cependant, j'ai été déçu du manque de support de LaQV. Un crédit de 3$ pour compenser tout le temps que j'ai perdu et un simple "désolé on peut rien faire" me parait très mince.
Morale de l'histoire: vérifiez toujours l'extérieur de vos caisses à la recherche d'étiquettes "échantillon" et le contenu de vos caisses!

However, I found myself with a special situation. The SAQ removed a bottle from my case of 6 to perform laboratory tests (ie a "sample" bottle). The SAQ still charged me the costs for 6 bottles.
After several calls with LaQV, the SAQ and several visits to a SAQ branch, I am still awaiting a refund for the overpaid bottle. On the other hand, the agency fees for the bottle that I never had were quickly reimbursed to me by QV ($ 3).
I am aware that this is an issue related to the SAQ. However, I was disappointed with the lack of support from LaQV. A $ 3 credit to make up for all the time I wasted and a simple "sorry we can't do anything" seems very slim to me.
Moral of the story: Always check the outside of your crates for "sample" labels and the contents of your crates!
