★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. No guarantee with their proposal. They wanted increase price on the commence date of work, especially they postponed the work twice. Don't waste your time, better choose other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the driveway is very badly built and doesn't last. The customer service is very bad too. When you have questions and call them, they almost never pick up the phone. I had to call multiple times :( Terrible! I don't recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called! Some guy answered very unprofessionally "Ouin Allô". I was in the middle of asking him about their services, small trees purchase and have them planted, he flat out hung up.
Called back and got the answering machine. I must say, he had me at "Ouin Allô"! I guess my french wasn't good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pepinière Lafèche did an amazing job removing the 30-year old front steps and walkway, which were in bad shape, and building us the most beautiful entrance and landscaping using Techobloc that made our house look brand new again with great curb appeal. Juan Carlos and his workers provided us with incredible service from start to finish, and their workmanship was impressive to say the least. Juan Carlos also came up with a brilliant idea to extend our landing for only a small additional charge, which for me was one of those "I wish I had thought of that myself moments". My wife and I are so pleased that we chose Laflèche and the price was very reasonable too, as I had several quotes from other companies done before I chose to go with Laflèche. The work was done on time as promised, they started on a Monday and finished on the Friday, so it took the 5 days Juan Carlos said it would. It's a great family business as Juan Carlos' parents and brother are also involved and my wife and I got a chance to meet them during the project, and they're all super nice people. As you can see, I have only good things to say about the company.
I just hired Laflèche again (its now May 2019) to do a balcony extension in our backyard. As with the first time we used Laflèche to redo our front steps and walkway a couple of years ago, which I wrote about in the paragraph above, Juan Carlos and his team did an amazing job last week for our balcony extension. My wife and I are so pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism, from preparing the work site, to doing the work, to cleaning up. They took great care to ensure the job was done properly and that I was satisfied. I call them the "dream team."

We received excellent, no nonesense advice and service from Augustine. Moreover the the materials they recommended were competitively priced.
Have a project you want to complete I would suggests you give them a try. Whether it be DIY or a turnkey solution I am convinced that you will glad you visited Pépinière Laflèche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlos and his team did an amazing job on our complete backyard and front-yard makeover. They were detail oriented, diligent, and professional.
They worked non-stop, kept our space as tidy as possible at the end of each day, respected our budget and did excellent work. We are still in awe of the peaceful and neatly arranged space they created.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a family owned place and it was something I was appreciating and preferred instead of other places in Brossard/La Prairie/Candiac.
Been 5 years I'm dealing with them every spring and they are fast for service ( the reason why I stayed so long).
However this year I ordered twice from them and I normally ask them to dump it in the driveway. This year is a new place with garage so asked them to dump it on the left side (have a 4 place driveway). Delivery was fast (2 days) but their son who's driving and dumping the rocks and earth has only muscles...
A week ago he almost dumped 5 tons of rocks in front of my garage door and had to ask him to dump it on the side of the driveway.
Yesterday I passed an order for earth and today they delivered. I was dumped 2 tons of earth 1m away from my garage door blocking my car. They never ringed the bell or confirmed where to drop it on the driveway. Discovered this when I had to get to for a medical appointment for my 4 months old.
Called them and the kid answered. He told me that he doesn't know why it's in front and if there were directives where to put it( as I said I always tell them in the driveway and this time on the side). He then transferred me to his father.
The 1 star is from the combination of bad dumping with no calling or confirmation whatsoever [apparently blocking the garage door is a very smart and wise idea(car or no car in the garage)] and the fact they don't give a damn and had no excuse or trying to understand my issue or any kind of customer service other than "thank you for your business"
