I ignored it and even though she never even attempted to assist me, I found the product I was looking for. I was at the counter and about to pay when my friend who has cancer walked in. Immediately she was rude with her. I canceled the purchase and walked out and drove to invermere. She lost out on a $71 sale and I ended up getting the same item at fields store in invermeme for $19. I would highly suggest you drive 20 minutes and have a happy shopping experience. If I could have given it zero stars I would have. Buyer beware.
