Desormeaux m'a fait parvenir une offre de services détaillée dans les 30 minutes suivantes. Courtoisie, patience, compréhension et rapidité, ça augure bien.
Mr. Desormeaux has just given me 30 minutes of his time to answer my questions as administrator of a small group of condominiums. His explanations of his services and his evaluation of the current state of our own condominium management greatly helped me to situate our needs. Mr. Desormeaux sent me a detailed offer of services within 30 minutes. Courtesy, patience, understanding and speed, it augurs well.

Excellent service. The managers (Félix for my part) are very courteous, patient and are there to dissect all the pitfalls that come with the co-ownership. I highly recommend.

I called and left a message with the receptionist, Maxime returned my call within 3 hours when honestly I wasn’t expecting a call back the same day. I was provided with a lot of valuable information and the person I spoke with was very polite and generous of his time.
