I am graduating from grade 12 and moving into post secondary. Kumon has given me essential knowledge in reading and math. I Highly recommend kumon to any parents who want to give their kids an advantage in math and reading. Especially at the Brentwood location! Totally worth it!!

Their care for him is evident at the end of each class and in his enthusiasm to go back. They monitor his progress closely and reassess as needed to ensure he is being challenged appropriately. We receive timely feedback and frequent communication. We know we can reach out anytime to have our questions answered. Jean has gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience!

We are happy to see her improvements on both Math and Reading skills in such a short time period. Highly recommended!

However, during the pandemic, she lost motivation and interest. We both thought she would quit, till I brought her to the Brentwood Kumon Centre earlier this year. Jean, the owner of the Brentwood Kumon Centre, engaged her in a conversation that motivated her to resume her Kumon Math. Thanks to Jean, she passed her level O test last week, and was proud to carry it through a long journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. My daughter has been volunteering at the Brenthwood Kumon centre for three months now, and finds the centre quite a cozy and welcoming environment. Above everything, Jean is a highly capable and energetic professional who is passionate about education. She genuinely cares about the long term learning and development of every child in the program, and is fully dedicated to making the program work for everyone. In addition, Jean also cares about the training and growth of her staff members; she coaches and mentors them to prepare them for the future. In summary, if you are looking for a Kumon centre for your child, I wholeheartedly recommend the Brentwood one. With an owner like Jean, your child will be in good hands.

As an elementary teacher I didn’t feel my daughter was having enough practice of basic skills in class and would benefits from a little extra help. The initial assessment was an easy process and informed us exactly were our child was at. She started Kumon the following week. It was a little bumpy to start with, figuring out when to fit it in with all the other activities children do but we found a new routine and it quickly became part of our day. The staff are all excellent, so friendly and made my child and myself feel at ease. Four months in we have really started to see the impact it is having and so is our daughter. She came home from school so happy that she had completed a math paper so quickly and got it all right!! It is lovely to see her confidence in math and reading improve so much. Looking forward to seeing what the future brings, if this is the progress so far!! Thank you to all the lovely kumon staff, very much appreciated

We noticed obvious gains in their fluency (English is not our mother tongue) and confidence. They have improved a lot in both reading and writing. We like Brentwood Kumon center and its owner/operator Jean. Jean is amazing with kids. She treats them like her own children, cares a lot about their needs, progress, and growth. Well organized curriculum, dedicated staff and disciplined learning environment keep kids engaged. We highly recommend this place & its programs.

It seems this was still not enough as she continues to answer only half the questions on her tests correctly. We are very concerned since we don’t know how to help her. We are also concerned about our son who will be starting grade one in September. Due to the Covid-19, he has never attended kindergarten or any educational programs and we feel grade one will be very challenging for him. After being introduced to the Kumon Program, we decided to enroll both our children. We registered at the Brentwood Kumon Centre. Jean, the owner, was very nice and friendly and patiently explained how Kumon helps and teaches students. After just two months, I can see a great improvement in my children. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter happily showed me her math test in which she scored 39 out of 40. We shared her happiness and pride in her accomplishment. Our son also is showing progress and responsibility as he conscientiously does his Kumon homework every morning after breakfast. I believe that quantity causes quality! Sending my children to the Brentwood Kumon Centre for educational help is the best decision I have ever made. Thank you Jean and the Brentwood Kumon Centre!
