K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool classes, but terrible customer service. 1. Went there twice, and they were very inconsistent in their policy: I was penalized by a miscommunication made by both parties, but they refused to accommodate me and gave me a lot of excuses regarding safety. This is understandable. However, the next time I went there, they made the accommodation for someone else with a similar case. Where are your safety and quality standards then? 2. For a beginner class that is quite expensive and the class time consists of a lot of waiting, they should have included the water shoes in the price since it is mandatory anyway. The cost is not much to cover (only $6) but it makes life so much easier for their new clients who may not bring a wallet. 3. Their wetsuits stink :(

Their smile on their faces when communicating with them about buying their products: surfboards, wetsuits, other equipments, are worth visiting the boutique. Thanks to KSF, would have not discovered new outdoor activities in the city without them. Much respect and THANK YOU, KSF :)

I am so happy with my classes, I will take a few more very soon. They care, they are competent and it is obvious that the staff is happy to teach and surf! Makes such a difference ? Pierre-Phillipe Loiselle knew how to adapt my class to my needs and really took the time to educate me on the terminology, techniques, and corrected me all throughout the class. I learned so much, and it was so much fun!!! They rent quality equipment onsite which makes it a hassle-free one stop place to get equipment, learn and have fun in a safe environment. Thank you to the whole team!

They offer adventure rides on SUP (stand up paddleboard) where you can paddle for 12km downstream and observe the sunset. There's another one where you go under the moonlight. Both are stunning adventures. For under 90$, everything is including and they drive you and drop you off upstream. Mathieu was an amazing instructor for our descent! Yoga classes, sup fitness, kayak classes, SUP surf, etc. I have not tried those yet. Staff is friendly, rental prices for equipment is fair and they have week and weekend schedules packed with choices at different hours.

They rent everything you might need if you don't have it and the class was fun- we spent almost the entire time in the water and got to surf a lot! Instructor was knowledgable and fun, definitely recommend to get a good feel for the sport before you just jump into it !
