The facilities are good. Location is great.

I had my placement here and i loved it. The ECEs are very educated, professional and very welcoming. I learned a lot from this place and they focus on all developmental areas.

My child loves it there, the staff are friendly and Thorough on my child’s improvement and progress. Best centre that promotes values and learning activities to build the child’s cognitive skills. Krt your awesome.

My son is in this daycare and he loves it. The staff is very friendly and always provide him with nutrious meals. Plus I love that it is a Bible believing daycare.

Ugh where do I start. My son attended this day care for about 1 year. This is by far the worst child care facility I have ever sent my child to. my child came home numerous times with unexplained injuries to his face and often lips and the teachers never had any explanation as to what had happened. Also they never cleaned his diaper area properly because he would come home in a clean diaper with poo stains still in his bum or smelling like poo. There is ABSOLUTELY no security, no pass code, no lock on the doors, nothing stopping the public from getting to the children. Every time i walk pass classrooms i often see kids climbing on tables acting wild no real structure. I once found a small child about 1-2 year old wandering alone in the hallway and had to personally carry her back to the classroom where the staff had no idea she was missing. And last but not least the final straw that made me pull my child out of there asap was when i pulled up to the building and sat in my car to observe my son on the play ground for a bit. I witnessed a staff member grab a little girl by her chest and drag her to pick up something she had threw and then while still holding her clothing tight by the chest forced her to say sorry over and over again. the child looked terrified and watching this almost brought me to tears. I am absolutely shocked that there aren't more bad reviews of this place because I personally have 2 friends who pulled their child out of this facility due to similar concerns.

This is the first daycare my daughter went to and if comparing to her new daycare they are day and night; if it was not for the distance I would have definitely changed her back to KRT. Must of the teachers were just perfect for us, they are flexible and accommodate to each family needs, they really communicate with you on a daily basis and I was witness of how any concerns are taken seriously and addressed right away. The ladies in the office and management are great. I love that they genuinely care and listen to you and actually do something about things when necessary. They are humble and respectful. My daughter was well taken care of in a loving and educational manner, she was always clean when I picked her up, I was shocked when they told me they would happily change her into any clothes I bring prior to pick up on request which I did 2 times when I was taking her to the doctor right after daycare and once when we were going to a family reunion right after daycare the teacher even applied cream, lip gloss and comb her hair which other daycare won't even give you a child with a clean face at the end of the day. KRT will also give you a bottle to go so you don't have to drive to the doctor with a hungry child. They could use a little upgrade of learning materials, maybe they already have as they were working on some funding. I truly recommend them as they go way beyond for the child and their family, we truly felt valued, heard and respected and that is hard to come at other Daycares.
