When I called them back, they explained in a rude way they can not do anything from what I've asked in the email + their fees are triple more than the other shipping companies I've used so far. Not worth the time and energy to deal with this company !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing... Had good expectations thinking that this was a reliable company knowing people we know had used them for services. Called on Monday and spoke with Helen, then transferred me to Alex to get a quote - didn't get a chance to explain details of what I was expecting, just simply said he'll call me tomorrow at 9am. Well, its Thursday and still haven't heard anything yet!!
Glad I didn't put goods in there hands, I can imagine the BS I'd have to go through chasing people down, etc...let alone trust them after this. Very unprofessional in my opinion not to call someone back after you clearly said you would. YOUR WIFE HAS MY EMAIL...

The communication with all the staff was direct, immediate, very polite and they made a very stressful process seem so simple, especially when moving abroad. Both Alex and Marianna were quick to respond to my emails and the entire process, which usually is stressful for me, went over so smoothly I could almost not believe it. Everyone involved with my shipment were professional, kept things running smoothly, and were understanding and very willing to accommodate all my needs. Indeed, I cannot thank them enough. Communication was clear and prompt. These people are professionals; they know what they're doing and I immediately felt that I could trust them at every stage of the process, even though I had to contact them from a different country and was not able to talk to them in 'real time' due to the time difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to ship their things reliably and safely. I will definitely be contacting them in the future!
