★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish I could give zero stars because my experience with Kraf-Tech (Paul Gauthier) has been absolutely terrible. I would seriously recommend going through a more reputable company.
Firstly, he missed several appointments to install my windows and didn't call to say he wasn't coming. Then, when he finally did show up to install the windows the kitchen window was not as we ordered. Rest assured he rushed through the installation and forgot to install some pieces that I needed to wait several more weeks for.
Fast forward 3 years and the windows seals between the panes of some of the windows are broken and warping. It's only a matter of time until the rest break.
Despite what he promised, the warranty only covers the glass of the window and not the labour. I waited nearly 6 weeks for Kraf-Tech to do the replacement who was going to charge 200 until I went to someone else who did it in 2 days for less.
Kraf-Tech only wants to take your money. Hire at your own risk.
