β β β β β I ate a burrito with salmon and shrimp and it was just soooo perfect. I became a big fan of this restaurant:) First of all, all ingredients is very fresh. I am totally satisfied with full and fresh toppings. Look at these amazing photos! The one between two of them is "salmon burrito" and the other is a mixture of salmon and fried shrimp. Both are incredible. Everyone will love coming here since the chef here is super kind and generous.

β β β β β Wonderful. Think subway but sushi burritos with actual fresh food with wonderful portions and excellent staff. I will make a habit to come back every time I'm in town. Everyone do yourself a service and give it a shot. Keep this wonderful small shop around because things this great are rare. Thank you for the great meal, take care of yourself.

β β β β β Kpop Sub Sushi actually one of my favourite spots in Kingston. I'm so glad to have given this place a chance, despite walking by it many times. The food is fresh, the portion is amazing, and to top it off, the prices are very reasonable. The owner of the store is also very nice and I look forward to coming back to try other sushi subs!

β β β β β Loved this tiny little shop run by a gentleman in a fedora! The place is small enough for a few ppl to line up and order. Unpretentious and huge portions for an excellent price!
I watched the gentleman prepare my sushi burrito and he just kept piling the fillings onto the rice! I wasnβt even sure how heβd roll it up but he did!
I ordered the salmon sushi burrito with pineapple mayo and it was amazing! Fillings included two
Crab meat sticks, a few slices of avocado, some pickled daikon, lettuces, masago and more!
So filling snd just bursting with freshness and flavour!!!

β β β β β t's the perfect place to come if had a hard day or wanttorewardyourself. Instead it always feels like a sunny day. The food is messy but amazing and will hit the spot. There is good variety and the gentleman who runs the place is quite friendly. It works kinda like subway but you make a sushi wrap.

β β β β β Recently visited Kingston for a hockey tournament and found this gem. These sushi burritos are priced reasonably but the owner jam packs them with your choice of protein(s), 2 sauce options, and 5 toppings, all on a large bed of rice and salad. Everything was fresh as it was so busy in there the line went out the door with hungry locals. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β First time trying this place, I was very excited to try this since I heard highly about it, however, I was slightly disappointed on some aspects. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff (probably the owner) and we ordered the food. Many of the things on the menu looked very appetizing - we ordered a shrimp tempura burrito and it came with 5 toppings (with a HUGE variety to choose from). The burrito looked great as they were building it - paid around $12 after taxes for the entire thing.
On a downside, it seemed like the hygiene of the sushi bar was not as tight as the standard should be. The fryer for the tempura did not seem like been cleaned for a while, and the rice was very hard like it has been left out of its container for a few hours. As well, the staff did not change gloves before making our burrito - however I did notice that he did indeed change it for the NEXT customer (just be sure to pay attention if you have allergies!)
Overall, it was a very upbeat place that is loved by the Kingston community, and I am delighted to hear that it is not usually like this. I would give it another shot, however, the first impression will be the review! Just be sure to be clear with your expectations if you have any allergies!
