They introduced a $60/month A/C fee when buying the building. They also entered my unit without 24 hours written notice and were on camera picking up papers off of my table and reading them. If that's not bad enough, the parking lot and ALL garages flooded and management was no where to be seen. I would not recommend renting any apartment through them.

Building stairway is over run with spiders and cob webs. 2/3 dryers been out of service for almost two weeks (1 dryer left for entire four story building). New rental rates are RIDICULOUS (1 bedroom 1600 + hydro + parking + monthly fee for air conditioner; not to mention the bag of lies they post under building amenities). This is an old walk up building in the "ghetto" no shade cause I live there now 3yrs and I am bound to old tenant agreement which is all inclusive parking and ac included; under $1000/mth. Previous super and property owners were magnificent! Its a shame they decided to sell to these awful people. When all the loyal tenants decide to move good luck renting out these units...i see no money making in your books.
M	Ms. Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing gets fixed so you might as well fix it yourself. No one ever answers the management office. Rent goes up every year with nothing being fixed. They will rent to anyone as long as you have money..some tenants create so many problems for rest of tenants and management doesn't care. Would never recommend renting here. Came from a building previously with an amazing landlord. Nothing compared to here.
