★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great start to my new year with breakfast at this neat little retro spot. Ordered their huge signature breakfast which was a lot for one sitting. Everything was cooked to perfection. We'll be back again once we're able to dine in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the mood for diner food, Kotsy's Seven is a very good choice. The food is abundant and good, with the home fries tasting especially delicious. The western omelette is served with ham, peppers, and onions which is a nice welcomed change (most places do not include onions). The coffee was placeable.
The negatives: the decor is dated, our table had duct tape on the edge; the staff never offered to refill my coffee, but they did refill my wife's drink. The negatives aren't big enough to cause concern, and the food and service more than make up for any negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Breakfast place. The Big Breakfast is my Go to with their home fries. Whatever you order, get a side of Hollandaise sauce- THE BEST IN TOWN! If you want to quaint breakfast experience that’s equally scrumptious - Kotsy’s it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite breakfast places in the GTA. Mondays & Wednesdays are my favourite days to dine here as the deal of the days are omelette and Eggs Benedict respectively. Both of these are my personal favourite items on the menu, accompanied with the rye bread for the toast option.
Servers here are very friendly with their prompt coffee refills and useful suggestions on replacements if you need any. Prices here are very reasonable for the portion sizes, especially if you get the deal of the day option which rewards you with huge portions for possibly less than $10.
I look forward to try their homemade soups.
