★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this bakery. The best in Canada hands down! Everytime I go in there, just smelling the air makes me gain 5 lbs....but in all seriousness, the bread and baked goods are amazing....the Dutch imports are fantastic too. Go see for yourself! They don't disappoint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a sub and it was okay... I don't know what I was expecting maybe just a little more in the sub but the bread was Super Fresh and it was tasty..7.50 for the sub which was reasonable they look like they have a nice selection of pastries and breads Etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koster's bakery is exceptional! You would be hard-pressed to find better bread and pastries than what is available here. The deli is nice and there is a nice Dutch import section where you can find cool and unique product showing homage to the roots of the owners. I always stop at Koster's when I pass through and I get my parents to bring me their bread to Calgary! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from Calgary and heard about the sausage rolls from here from a family we know in BC. So when we found ourselves in the area this summer I called to order a dozen for pickup around closing time. We got delayed so I called the bakery to say we’d be 5-10 minutes past closing and they said to just knock on the door and they’d make sure we got our order! Fabulous customer service and DELICIOUS sausage rolls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People say this is the best bakery in southern Alberta. They certainly have a good selection. We tried the donuts which were good, and the lemon squares which were delicious. I couldn't resist buying the deep dish apple pie because it looked like a castle and was only $10.
