★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live you feel like a presoner and the land lords do not do there jobs and are not the nicest people they will not fix your apparment i have ask for a bedroom door seanse i moved into this dump a year ago and still have not to get one p.s the door was broken when i moved in and had fellen off the fram. There is a no pets allowed at all but yet the building manager has a bird. The company its self dose not care about people in that live in there buildings they will threaten you with eviction notices, they will say "ether the dogs go or you do" buildong manager Lee said that to me and my roomates living here sucks and on top of that the pluming dose not work the greatest ive plunged my toilit and had poop come up through the bath tub. The are bugs that crall out of my drains at night that have to meany lags to count. Plus if you own a bicycle you have to leave it outside witch would be fine if they did not get stolen evey night the building managers wife is the worst building manager ive ever met she is rude and dose not have any kind of people skills i hate living here. On top of it all you have no privacy. If you where thinking of moving into a place owened or even this address by this company i highly suggests that for your health and style of living do not it will be a living hell.

After nearly 5 months of living here, I have to change my review. These apartments are not very family friendly if you have older children. The units are very poorly insulated from sound and if you happen to live on the 3rd floor, the entire building can hear every little noise.

These apartments are just what I was looking for! The price is affordable, compared to the cost of rent at other apartments I had viewed. The buildings are a bit dated on the outside but the units are well maintained. Very impressed that new appliances where installed prior to me moving in. The units are very cozy and the bedrooms are quite spacious. Pam, the property manager is wonderful and very helpful . I enjoy living here. Would definitely recommend.
