Now, we did have some challenges with scheduling the installation (they were double-booked and had to postpone our job at the very last minute), so that was our one issue/complication. They were very apologetic though. Overall, working with Koral (Vlad) has was a good experience and I’d recommend - in fact, we’ve just ordered exterior doors from them too. Great prices, definitely worth your time to get a quote.

He listened carefully to our needs and then came up with options that would meet our expectations, without any pressure from him and without trying to sell us any extra gimmicks. He was the only contractor to check both sides of the windows, inside and out, despite a heavy pile of snow outside, to make sure we would get the right type of windows. Everything was completed on time, as agreed to in the contract. High quality materials and neat workmanship. However, I should mention that the door we agreed upon was not exactly the same as the one we received (a manufacturer's error?). The happy ending is that we finally liked the design of this door. I highly recommend Koral Windows.
