My husband had unexpectedly passed away and at the time I had forgotten that we had the Death and Disability Insurance coverage on the plan. Velma was an incredible help getting the claim filed and approved and because of her, there was one less thing to worry about, our monthly contributions into the RESP. When we signed up 20 years ago, it can be a little scary putting all this money of yearly contributions away for so many years to one company, hoping that everything will run smoothly when the time comes to use it. I can tell you first hand from the moment we signed up 20 years ago and every step of the way ever since over the years, Knowledge First has been absolutely amazing! We have had the pleasure of dealing with Larry Hrynew and Carrie MacIntyre, who are just absolutely fantastic! Carrie has always been a phone call or email away, always answering my million questions quickly and helping me to understand with ease all of our options to help get the most out of our plan. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Knowledge First and I HIGHLY recommend them.
