★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed 10 sessions with Susan, and opposed to the earlier reviewer, I believe Susan has a lot of insight into the ADHD mindset. With her help, I have been able to :
- structure my days,
- identify behaviours that lead to my being unproductive,
- counter those behaviours with easy to implement strategies, and
- better manage difficult emotional situations
Since meeting her, I have been able to get in far better shape physically, and my home has never been cleaner. No more piles!
She is a pleasure to speak with, and after each session she provides you with a summary of what you talked about so you can re-visit it later on. I definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with their ADHD symptoms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Susan. She’s helped me understand what it is my brain is actually doing, and what it needs. That is clarity no one else has been able to give me.
With that knowledge I’ve been able to build a roadmap that describes how I ended up with the mindset I had when I started working with her. For me, the clarity has helped me reduce my anxiety levels around learning, and frankly most tasks, and increase my sense of control.
Highly recommended to work with her if you are looking to understand yourself better.
