★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had several massages from Renee at Kneading Palms Massage now, and every time I walk in in pain and walk out able to move again. Renee is friendly, kind, and easy to work with. She's very sensitive to what my needs are as a very knotted-up disaster of a body and responsive to my comments as she works on me.
I also took my 10-year-old son here for a pedicure and Christina was really great with him. He has recurring ingrown toenails and I couldn't figure out how to deal with them, so I figured someone who works with feet would help. She gave me really great advice on foot health, and my son loved the experience. Of course, now he's asking for a manicure and keeps wanting to go back for more, funny boy. I will be taking him back again for regular pedicures to stay on top of things.
The reservation system is very helpful too. I'm someone who is terrible about forgetting appointments, and as soon as I book, there's an email in my inbox reminding me of my appointment so I can put it in my calendar, and shortly before my appointment is another email reminding me of the appointment. Kneading Palms also direct bills my insurance which is something I ALWAYS appreciate.
Also, they have plenty of parking.
