★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping there since they have opened. What a selection, as well if they don't carry something they are knowledgeable enough to send you in the right direction. I have never had a bad experience in there. The prices are reasonable if not on the lower side. The staff are friendly and upbeat and have never gave me attitude if I'm looking for a thingamabob that goes into a doodad. If they can help you gerry rig something they will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like some new ownership or management has took over because the store is a mess, employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to help you. All the good employees seemed to have moved on and I don’t blame them. I’ve spent thousands here and now I’ll happily take my business somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good points - Staff always seem helpful, especially Miranda and Bob (they're who I seem to deal with most) They're both spot on, cant fault them.
Bad points - They need a bigger store where they can have a wider selection and more stock of what they do have. They often only have 1 or 2 of each item.

Best part is they have cheap options that are typically better quality than princess auto stuff. And they have a lot of high quality options which you don't even get the option for at princess auto. The people are awesome to deal with. Couldn't recommend them enough
