KMP Law is a medium sized, full service Regina law firm conveniently located in downtown Regina at the corner of Albert Street and Victoria Avenue. Our broad and diverse array of clientele have come to rely on KMP Law as a firm with knowledgeable, confident, highly skilled lawyers, who know and understand them and their needs, and have the proven ability to get the job done.

Our History
KMP Law and its predecessors have been engaged in the practice of law continuously since 1922. Most recently, KMP Law became the rebranded firm name of Kraus McKay Pederson, which itself came about through the merger of Regina’s Kraus McKay Garden and Jameson with the provincial firm of Pederson Rourke Pinch in 1991.
Regardless of the name on the door, for nearly a century, KMP Law has maintained the same values and approach to the practice of law, which puts our clients’ needs at the forefront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone looking for a lawyer. I called 5 times and the lady took info and left messages for there lawyers and not 1 call back been just over a month. If they cant get back to easy messages I'm sure they arent that good at there job. So sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you pay no one wants to call u back I have called 6-7 times over the last two weeks after using this law office for the last 5 years and spending upwards to 50,000 and they always will talk when u say u have a payment but once it’s payed best of luck too you!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely outrageous for the pricing, and lie when asked roughly how much something is going to cost. I was getting a separation and was told it shouldn't be more then $3000.00. It was pretty cut and dry as we had a prenup, I was to get half the house and all my personal belongings. I did NOT receive that as me lawyer did not wish to help me in any way, I am not a single mom of 3 and that $3000 some how turned into $7500.00. When I asked what all the charges were from and why it was so much, no one could give me any real answers. Absolutely pathetic they even charge that crazy amount just for the separation not even the divorce!!!!! and don't even do any work for it, I have never felt so used in my life and would NEVER recommend them to anyone, unless you want to over pay and get nothing in return!! I will be sharing this with everyone I know and all over the internet so people know how big of scumbags this law firm is!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this firm, particularly attorney Michael Scott. Scott will do minimal work on your file, overcharge you for it (shop around), and then attempt to bill you exorbitant administrative and copy fees just to receive YOUR own records.
I would NOT recommend this firm, and especially Michael Scott, to anyone looking to hire an attorney.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought KMP a separation agreement that we wrote up ourselves through the law depot. Michael Scott said he just need to do a couple changes to the wording. They ended up billing us $2300!! They even said they were giving a $500 discount because she was a valued customer lol.. I did the same thing with Butz and company in my past marriage and the Lawyer bill was $120. Find another law firm, these guys are criminals.
