★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not deal with this company! Very unprofessional and do not take ownership on their mistakes, which are many. They have no customer service ethics and are difficult to deal with.
We had an accident at my store and broke two of our plexiguards.
I called to reorder two plexiglass pieces with exactly the same specifications as the original order.
The girl at KLO said she couldn’t reorder the previous plexiglass with the same specifications without me resending a new order. Why she could not look the original order up is beyond me.
She asked me to email the order with the same specifications as the previous plexiglass.
I sent an email with the same specifications as the original order.
The plexiglass pieces were wrong. They refuse to correct their mistake.
Be very cautious once they have your money, they don’t really care about you!
In response to your post, you did not make the replacement plexiglass pieces correctly. There were to be two openings per plexiglass as in the original order.
You misread the email and made two different plexiglass pieces, although the wording was exactly the same as the original plexiglass order.
I would highly recommend you look at previous jobs you made if you are contacted to make exact duplicates. This could avoid your confusion in the future..
